For cake pops, cookies, and molded candies, make sure to use Candy Melts candy with Wilton molds. This package contains 12 oz. (340 g) of yellow candy wafers. Remember that candy can lose its consistency if overheated or if liquid accumulates due to humidity. To fix this issue, simply add 2 teaspoons of vegetable shortening per 12 oz. of candy.

If the candy melts inside the bag at warmer temperatures, just follow the package directions to solidify it again. Please note that this product contains milk and soy and is produced in a facility that also processes wheat and peanuts. Additionally, it is made in the USA on equipment that may also handle egg and tree nuts.
